What type of window cleaning do you offer?

For external windows, frames, sills and doors we use purified de-ionised water delivered through a low pressure water fed pole. This system, used by all modern window cleaners ensures most windows can be reached from the safety of the grounds. The de-ionisation process turns the water into an attractant. It actively pulls dirt towards it, which then beads up and rolls off the window. The window cleaner simply has to agitate the surface with the soft bristled brush and rinse afterwards. The purification prices ensures no minerals are left in the water so the windows are left to dry naturally without leaving any residue. Internally, we use the traditional squeegee and scrim method to ensure all glass is left sparkling clean. We're always careful to ensure no drops of water or dirt are left on surfaces.

I prefer the traditional squeegee and scrim method for my external windows. Do you offer this?

No. While we understand a small minority of people are used to this service and prefer it, it is actually an inefficient, time consuming and more dangerous method as it involves working at height.

What does a standard window clean include?

We clean all external windows, frames, sills and doors using the method described above. This method removes standard dust and grime, mild limescale, algae, mould and mildew.

I have paint/cement/plaster/heavy water staining on my windows. Will a standard clean remove it?

No. For this you will need to ask us for a builders clean, which is for a more heavy duty clean to remove these types of deposits.

I have either a regular or one off clean booked and want to reschedule or cancel it. How do I do that?

You will receive an automated text message the evening prior to the booking. It will contain our mobile number. Simply message or call us asking to reschedule or cancel and we will do that at no charge.

How do I pay you?

For one-off/adhoc larger jobs we prefer cash on the day. For regular work we offer payment via bank transfer, PayPal, card or cash. Please note we are unable to take card payments over the phone. These need to be in person on the day.

What happens if you arrive on the day and we have not provided access or want to cancel or reschedule the clean?

We reserve the right to charge you the full rate for the clean if you have no contacted us by the previous midnight informing us of the change.

I am unhappy with the results of my clean or have queries. What do I do?

Simply call or message us and let us know. All of our work is guaranteed and we will either answer your query, return to rectify any errors or omissions, or offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.
