A Journey of Excellence
DWC was founded in 2005 by Desmond Daniel as a simple one man band window cleaner. Over the next 10 years, Des expanded the company. In 2015, he and his wife Noreen fulfilled their dream of performing charity work overseas in their retirement and he handed over control of the company to Richard Coombs, a business consultant specialising in strategy and process creation.
Under Richard's leadership, the company grew to include firstly additional external residential cleaning services, then branched out into general commercial cleaning and grounds maintenance.
Today, our residential services operate under DW Cleaners, while our commercial division — DWC Property Care — provides full property maintenance and facility services for businesses.
Kamil Zurek started with the company as a window cleaner in 2015, but soon demonstrated exceptional administration and finance skills from his background in Poland as a team leader in a variety of service industries.
Now Richard and Kamil work as a team, running DWC as a partnership and combining their skills to deliver exceptional value to the customer base.
DWC retains the values Des founded the company on. We seek to balance client needs with providing our staff with a flexible and empowered working environment in order to support their personal goals and values in life.
